Conditions for Our Kittens

Care and Conditions for Our Cats:

  • Outdoor Access:
Exceptions to outdoor access may be considered only for those residing in remote locations far from roads.

  • Neutering/Spaying for Pets:
If acquiring the cat as a pet, you are required to neuter or spay the cat before it reaches the age of 6 months. Failure to comply allows the breeder the option to reclaim the cat.

  • Proper Healthcare:
You must ensure the cat receives appropriate healthcare, including annual vaccinations and regular veterinary check-ups.

  • Insurance Protection:
The cat must be covered by a suitable pet insurance policy to handle unforeseen medical expenses.

  • Breeding Cats:
For those purchasing the cat for breeding purposes but later deciding to neuter it, you must inform the breeder. The breeder should be given the opportunity to repurchase the cat.

  • Quality Nutrition:
The cat should have access to clean water and high-quality food at all times.

  • Clean Litterbox:
A clean and accessible litterbox must always be provided for the cat.

  • Responsible Rehoming:
If you are no longer able to provide a home for the cat, you are obligated to notify the breeder. Together, we will determine the best course of action for the cat, with the breeder having the first option to repurchase the cat at a reduced price.

  • Inclusive Family Life:
The cat should be an integral part of your family life and not left alone for more than the duration of a typical workday.

  • Updates and Check-Ins:
We kindly request regular updates on the cat's well-being and appreciate the option to check in on the cat periodically. These measures are in place to ensure the cat's welfare and to maintain our connection with the cat. If neglect is detected during these check-ins and updates, the breeder reserves the right to reclaim the cat promptly. Your commitment to keeping us informed is greatly appreciated.

These conditions are established to guarantee the cat's well-being and proper care throughout its life. We believe that these guidelines will contribute to the happiness and health of our kittens in their new homes.
